National Sidecar Day?

I don't think so but wouldn't it be grand?  In any case, I decided that it would be a perfect day for a sidecar run.  Maybe it was my following and being followed by Marty and Mike all the way out to South Dakota last weekend that was my inspiration.  They had hoped that I'd be on MY Bullet/Cozi (for a parts bike) but I decided that I'd take the Breva instead....they were fine, no parts bike needed.

It was a wet return part of the loop but still nice to be out on the rig.

Monday night, a day early for prime Perseid watching, we got down on our backs and watched the skies, knowing that we had perfect weather for viewing.  As it turned out, last night clouds did fog the skies but before dawn today, the skies were clear though by the time I was up, there was too much dawn in the air.  Still, we got a chance to witness some dazzling flashes in Monday's brilliant sky.  It's amazing how many things are moving out there!

The Bullet in the garage and drying off so I decided to clean the bugs off the windscreen, check the oil, tire pressure, etc. on the Guzzi from the trip west.  Suddenly a small voice...."Is that it, are we done....maybe some trees and some more water would be nice.....possibly a different direction??.....".

There hadn't yet been a plan for tomorrow....

    1. It should be a fairly equal distribution....at least that's how it feels right now. We'll see and I promise not to look until the end.
