The goal was and has been to ---
- Enjoy riding
- Mix it up, riding them all and spreading the locations, rallies, trips, etc. around between machines
I did pick certain bikes for the environment they would be in or to be rally specific but no real thought was given to "this one needs less, better ride that one instead...."
So these 11 enjoyed time in the sun with me on them, the photos not necessarily from 2018 though in order from least to most.
And finally, this one leaving Minneapolis first week of May.....thanks Marty!
Delivered to my garage....thanks Mike!
Happy!!
Happy aptly describes riding season 2018 with much to look forward to next season. Now to get them in the shop and up on the rack in preparation.
Hummm.. the Himmey seems to be the " teachers pet".. :)
ReplyDeleteOops, there was some sort of composition problem, looks fixed now.
DeleteThe Himalaya is a Fine motorcycle :)
Sadly, I'm not going to be even close to the mileage racked up by you this year....nice shot of the sidecar rig on the snow.
ReplyDeleteDom, you're doing fine; I know where and how you ride, all more than acceptable. Had I spent myu saddle hours averaging 50mph rather than my 37-38, the numbers would be very different.
DeleteI'm not ashamed of anywhere or any ride I was lucky enough to make.
Given that there is still five more weeks of the year, the RE/sidecar may easily climb into 2nd place!
ReplyDeleteI'm picking up both wheels tomorrow, newly tired and I should be ready for some miles.
DeletePer the pie I think you like the white one! It was a wonderful season! It was a pleasure being included.
ReplyDeleteI like your word “randomness”!
