Coop (2) - KLR (2)

The boys are 18 months apart, the KLR's a human generation.

Our last ride together was back in October when it was a yellow Helix and a blue Ultra Limited.  Today we were in search of some gravel and found what I've determined to be the most prime examples in the Hwy 10/Hwy 25/Hwy 35 triangle.

Arriving in Prescott a bit early, I had ample time for some coffee (warmed the fing fings).  I'd already filled a couple of thermos mugs for later in the day.  Coop 2 arrived right on time and within minutes we were off.

450th was a surprise I'm sure for Bro and 410th even more so; 410th where we stopped here.....

On to Plum City to confirm that the trout were still swimming and in fact they are.

We zigged and zagged to Pepin, stopping for lunch at the Harbor View Cafe

My Braised Pork Shank was more than tasty, Coop 2 enjoyed Linquini Papalina.

We rode right past 2 very obvious sources for a cone but I had no room, not sure why.

    1. Sonja, I have to agree. I normally don't take long to order from a menu, something always pops out or makes me curious. I struggled to choose Friday.

  3. Gravel roads and a yummy lunch spot. It looks like a lovely day to be on two wheels, even if you had no room for a cone.
