This is how it started......
(The 25th date must have been from a 1972 calendar, it was later corrected)
On the way down....
What I did.....EXACTLY 200 miles by the time I got home!!
And what we did....I left early and didn't complete the group ride.
Mike led a fantastic ride and happily surprised me by exploring (he said he made some wrong turns...) roads new to me, something I'd have told you not possible. That's what I get for being cocky. Look up there at the top of the map....a bunch of 90 degree corners with loose, round rocky gravel to keep us properly entertained. I'd expected the washboarding to be worse, it sure is around home!!
Once again my 360 camera screwed up and upon early Sunday morning sleuthing, firmware 10 versions old will hopefully be the culprit. As a result, these next few were all I got....a preview ride in Mike's valley before the Main Event.
Note the CB200 yonder that's just like mine....better than mine.
One of Mike's XS650's...
Yes, that is a 1000cc bike (confident the Pope was approached) but divided by 2.....After all, where else would Stella the German Shepard have been able to join us?
Stopped for a break in Peterson...
Tyler, Keith, Steve and John, nice to meet you guys, I had a great time. Here's hoping that we can do it again!
Thanks Mike for sharing....the day.
