Thanks for the photos and help Kev!
I put roughly 60 miles on it in the afternoon and gave it a taste of what to expect in the coming months.
Not in its new neighborhood 24 hours and already muddy!
Put that one away and needed to confirm that the 2 new tires on the KLR would go round and round....which they do.
Yes! Welcome to the hack side of the world of motorcycling!
ReplyDeleteDom,
DeleteI've happily fallen to the hack side and having a blast!
welcome to the tribe.. we'll have a full moon night for the secret ceremony ... the secret hand shake.. the secret password.. a really bitch'n tattoo .... along with a equally bitch'n biker name... something like.. " Doomsday Doug "... " Doug the Impeller " ...we'll work on it .. :) Con Grats !
ReplyDeleteMike, thanks for the extra "push"....we both knew it was coming :)
DeleteNice looking rig. Congrats.
ReplyDeleteThanks David, it wasn't spotless when I brought it home and things haven't improved in that department but it certainly is taking me where I want to go!
DeleteVery nice, Doug. The Enfield is definitely an interesting choice. Looking forward to your three wheeled adventures.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sonja, the RE w/car seemed like the perfect combination to satisfy my sidecar interest and it's doing that in spades.
DeleteNice looking Royal Enfield. Think of all you can carry in the sidecar? Camping gear...extra large coolers for lunch.....
ReplyDeleteCoolers??? We're talkin' a small Honda generator and my very own ice cream making machine.....the possibilities are endless!!
DeleteThanks Brandy :)
Cool!!!
ReplyDeleteRichard, I'm not quite sure why you were holding back on sharing with me how much fun this was going to be.
DeleteCongratulations on your new arrival...hope you enjoy yours as much as we have ours. I think that the Royal Enfield is a neat looking bike!
