If you do that, there's a good chance his missus will fawn over you. A little too much of that, and you'll want to go stag for a while.David Massehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09346419242154545286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6972915028116604677.post-47947921078781300352014-07-21T13:13:39.752-05:002014-07-21T13:13:39.752-05:00Love that the deer feel safe coming to the fields ...Love that the deer feel safe coming to the fields for dinner. I've done my best to give up on planting things because it has become too big of fight. We are surrounded by green things that grow and do so on a grand scale. I'm content to go without plantings around the house......let nature do its thing.Coop a.k.a. We finally had to resort to electric fencing here to keep them out of gardens and away from the house. I suggested a 30-30 might be more effective but the missus kiboshed that (see "lovely to look at"). The deer herd uses most of it; the buck stays back in the corner, at least during daylight hours. SOMEone has been stealing cherries from the lower branches of our trees and it isn't the raccoons. I've got the electric fence up now, hoping to salvage the cherries higher up.Coop a.k.a.
